Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

We bought a new ?26 2500 AT4 from Hiley. Edwin was our salesman and it was a very good experience. I would recommend Edwin and the Hiley dealership to anyone looking for a truck. No games, no issues!

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
