I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac SRX and everything went super smooth. No pressure to buy warranty or anything else. Recently I received a check in the mail for accidental overcharges, I was none the wiser on that. Beware of the trolls that trash this dealership they are super honest.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. This is a comfortable, reliable and very safe SUV. This is our second Ford Expedition in our family. We had our last Expedition for 17 years (a 2003) and are now ready to get a newer one.

I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

I regret selling mine. I keep multiple trucks at once and this is the most reliable one I ever had. In the last 5 years I've owned a Ram,Denali, Yukon SLT and a Suburban. My favorite truck was the Expedition.

This is the 3rd expedition I have owned and I love it. I am never disappointed with the expedition. Very reliable, dependable vehicles. Comfort and Class all the way.
