When i visited store, i was sick then they tried to do everything how i can feel more confortable. He is honest guy. He was trying to explain every detail with patience to me in all process. Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

My Subaru Forester was ideal for the task at hand. Salesman Nick, Derrick in service, Ben in mechanics covered all necessary elements. This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I purchased an F-150 from Olivia. The truck I wanted wasn't in stock, but Olivia quickly found it and delivered it to personally at my home. The price was right and her service was exceptional. was the finance manager. I wasn't planning on financing the truck, but he showed me how to save even more money by financing. Great service. UPDATE: The truck was delivered with 125 miles and I owned the truck for less than a week when I discovered a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire could not be repaired. Now, we'll never know whether the nail appeared before or after I took delivery, but Sales Manager Cruz was more than fair in agreeing to cover the repair.

Mine has 240K. Burns no oil and no leaks! Has been well maintained i.e. full synthetic lubricants, transmission service intervals maintained etc. Paint has held up remarkably. The fuel injection is so perfect there is no soot in the tale pipe after 19 years.
