Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. It does burn a little bit of oil, but it was a common thing for this year model, but I was aware of it and rolled the dice. It did need new front brake pads and rotors and that was about it. I did add some aftermarket wheels.

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
Got this car after driving around a minivan for years and boy is there a huge difference! I love it and it's so spacious I can fit 3 car seats in the second bench all next to each other! I do wish it was a bit more family affordable, it is pretty expensive for a family with kids but in all honesty it's worth it. You definitely feel much safer in this thing compared to a minivan lol
