Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

The Expedition exceed my expectations on a full size SUV. My family really enjoy the space. They can't wait to go on a road trip.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits
