Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.

A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place
You can't beat the prices, courtesy, professionalism or inventory, They have everthing under one roof efficiency seems to be the motto. I traveled 2 hrs to get to the place & left with the exact car at an incredible price. No bait & switching. If you need a car this is the place to go.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I went in to get a new lease unsure of what i wanted, Bobby worked with me and got me into a new Ford Escape that i love, he patiently spent alot of time going over multiple different options until i found the one i absolutely loved, i would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car to go through this dealership they are wonderful
