Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
Saw vehicle on line, spoke with Tim H. He was great to work with. We came from Illinois to see\purchase vehicle. They had it all ready for us to view, it was horrible weather, they had it inside for us to view. Justin the financial guy was also great to work with. Loved his sense of humor. If they were closer we would definitely be back. Kathy and John
I bought a vehicle for my daughter and she wanted the exact vehicle the dealership had on the lot. I was recommended to meet with Jen Michels and I was so glad I did!! Jen was extremely personable and made the whole buying experience an absolute enjoyable with her knowledge and enthusiasm, but most of all the initiative she took in making sure the vehicle measured up to my high expectations. Jen went above and beyond her normal work duties throughout the sales process and she even answered a few last questions on her day off. We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)
Bought a used car for my daughter to take to college. My sales person was great, the price seamed good on the car so overall a good experience. My only issue is with the finance person or whatever they call the person that tries to sell you the extended warranty. He pushed a little too hard and the wisecrack he made about me not loving my daughter because I chose to not purchase the extended warranty was going too far, even if in jest. It pissed me off.
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
I found this dealership through cars.com and I had then been contacted by kemberly, who was so kind and helpful. She helped me out A LOT with the car buying process. She was pataient with me and my mom, she was knowledgeable about the car and knew what she was doing. She took great care of us, and I hope more people are helped out by her because I would 100% recommend my family members to her.
We worked with Colton Smith and Kevin Honeycutt to drive away in our new (to us) Ford Flex. The experience was wonderful and they took care of us. We drove from Indiana because this was the only location with our desired vehicle in our desired color and much more!

I drove 2 hrs to check out a couple vehicles I saw on line. With the help of Glen Koppin I was able to make the best choice. Very professional & friendly people without being pushy. Wade Carlson made the paperwork painless while another gentleman at the end of my visit showed me some tricks for my keyless entry, unfortunately I didn't get his name but was a great guy! I would recommend Morries to others.
