Ever since I purchased a Camry for my husband a few years ago, I knew my next car was going to be a Toyota and I would go back to the Rivertown Toyota Group1 and George G2 Johnson to make it happen. It just so happened that this week my other vehicle finally went out of commission and I had to make a decision a little sooner than expected. To say I was not in the mood for a drawn out car purchase process is an understatement. So I set up my test drive for a new Corolla Cross yesterday, and knew that it was going to be a perfect fit as soon as I got it on the road. The color and amenities I wanted in this model were not on the lot, but Randy, the service manager, made a couple of calls and had it for me this morning! G2, Randy, and the team really took care of me and made the process simple, fast, and head-ache free. 2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.
