Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. I have purchased two new cars from this dealership--a 2008 Ford Focus and a 2013 Ford Focus. I am not a huge Ford fan...more of a Honda person...however, the service I get here is so good and so different from the service that I get at the horrible mega-dealerships nearby that I literally chose a Focus over a Civic so I could purchase a vehicle here. The fact that I get free state inspection for the life of my vehicle is fantastic and convenient, and even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive cars on the lot each time, I was given thorough and courteous service. The sales person helped me with issues that I was having with my trade-in in an honest and straightforward way. Having a smaller, more personal car-buying experience right in my hometown is so unusual these days, and the amount of stress and headaches I avoided by shopping here was certainly welcome.
