Used 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line RWD for sale near me

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Great experience. I appreciated being able to come to an agreement on price and trade in value prior to going to the dealership. I was treated fairly and was given more for my trade-in than they originally quoted prior to seeing the vehicle.

Great! We were in and out just the way we like it. Dont like having to wait, we decide what we wanted and got a fair price for our JEEP trade in, came back next day papers were ready to sign, Zack showed us stuff on car and we were off!

The sale of the vehicle was seamless and very simple. The dealership delivered the vehicle to my house and the paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Completed in under 15 minutes. Only downfall was that the trade-in we did, may take up to 30 days for the dealership to pay off. Did get a surprise, after just over a hundred miles, we have to take the vehicle in for an oil change, wasn't expecting to be going to the dealership so quickly. Other than that, I highly recommend this dealership. Joe was great!!!

Many thanks to the service dept. for getting me back on the road. Had a flat tire on the expressway and limped into the dealership. Though they did not have a valve stem with a sensor they put the one they had in the tire and had me back on the road quickly.

Luke and the team did a great job showing me the inventory and the various options available. IN ethe end - I got a good car at a good price. I spent significantly more than planned but got nearly all I wanted in the vehicle. Only major issue was garage door opener that was a must have for me and I was told was included - up to 8 devices - ended up not being included. Very disappointed in this significant miss.

The waiting room cleaning staff needs battery powered vacuum. Using a broom to sweep floors doesn?t clean well. Thought the price for oil change was steep. Tires were not reinflated which Love Chev used to handle as part of service.
