2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I had excellet service with Dilan. Very low key dealership. We were able to agree on a price after a few phone calls. Just the way I like it. I went to dealership never seeing or driving the vehicle. I did paper work which is always a long drawn out prosess. That crap lasted about 2 hours. The price I paid for my Mustang GT was very very good. Ny sales person Dilan was fantastic. I paid for car and was able to put 6K on my credit card for perks ($120 savings for me) Great deal!!! The sales manager,Alphie, was cool too. They also dilivered the car to me the next day. I live a l over an hour away. Dilan accually delovered the car himself. Great experience there. As always buying a car is a PIA but this was a lot less painful. On Saturday 3/29/2023 I had an appointment for The Works service with a car wash. It was taking longer than I thought it would tske so I went back to see what was taking so long. I found the machanic driving a socket on the lug nut with a hammer. Didn't say anything, when I got home I saw where Two lug nuts had the cap broken off. The machanic nor the service man said anythink to me. I bought the car new on July 7, 2012. The nuts were off on many times since that date as I always get service when due. Glad they took pictures before they workrd it as now they owe me two new lug nuts. I will taalk to Tim Kelly about this bat way of doing things.
