The post purchase service was excellent, my cars battery died probably left a light on when i got home from work and Will the service manager drove out to my house to help me. Excellent service
2004 Ford Explorer review
My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !

John gives the best customer service. He takes the time to work directly with the techs to figure out exactly what my car needs, and he makes sure everything is done right so I can get my vehicle back running at 100%. His communication, professionalism, and dedication truly stand out. I always feel confident leaving my car in his hands.

This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg review
This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Sheehy Nissan of WaldorfReviews
Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf review
Without discussing the beginning of my car search journey, I will go straight to the end of my journey with Nissan / Hyundai located in Waldorf MD. Anne Maus, Todd Zaciek, Denzel Payne and Max Cho... My search started May 9, 2022 and Ended June 7, 2022. It went from dealing with 2 sales associates I would NEVER recommend, to dealing with an EXCELLENT salesperson that assisted me for three weeks. Hands down Anne Maus (Nissan Dealer) is the best sales associate to have assisted me with my car search. Anne and I spoke, texted and emailed for 3 weeks. I finally went to the dealer on Saturday, May 29, 2022. I test drive 3 vehicles and fell in LOVE with the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because the vehicle was a certified vehicle I had to work with a Hyundai Sales Associate. After 5 days of being jerked around, the vehicle I fell in love with was sold. I texted my disappointment to the manager. I immediately received a call from Todd Z. Mr. Todd Z., went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Todd Z. sent me information on another Santa Fe. The truck that I fell in love with didn't even compare to the truck Mr. Todd Z sold me! I arrived at the Dealer on June 7, 2022 to sign off on my paperwork. I received nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE from my original Sales associate Anne Maus, a new sales associate from Hyundai, Denzel Payne. Denzel Payne showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. Mr. Max Cho, the finance gentleman was very pleasant to work with, he made my experience very easy. When I say I can not THANK these 4 individuals (Anne Maus, Denzel Payne, Max Cho and last but not least Mr. Todd Z.) enough. I would recommend ANNE MAUS to anyone. Ms. Maus is very passionate about helping her customers. Ms. Maus listened and understood from day 1 what type of vehicle I was looking for and took her time to deal with me. None of this would not have been possible if Todd Z did not step in and save the day.
2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Great customer service from Paul H. He communicated promptly and with the right amount of detail, and was on-time and ready for my 2 appointments. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I got a very good price on a very low-mileage 2009 PU. Giving it a 4 overall rating because I've only had the truck a few days..

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

GENESIS OF ANNAPOLIS review
Donnell Brooks was wonderful to work with. If you need a car he’s your guy. He goes out of his way to help you.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Great prices and great sales staff. Persistent but not pushy. Great experience. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Greg, was excellent! They cleaned the vehicle up nicely. Probably should have waited to take pictures until it was detailed.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room
