$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
efrain has done a good job with renting a replacement. we miss our Lincoln and hope the new air bags arrive soon that's all I have for now

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.

I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. The finance went by pretty fast and I was out of there with my new Durango. I would definitely buy there again and refer anyone looking for a new vehicle

This is my second Explorer lease and I couldn’t be happier with it. Rides and handles great, plenty of room, good mileage for its size, and great for long distance trips!
Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
In and Out in only 3 hrs & 15 mins includes demonstrating a new vehicle and trading in the old one. Very nice to work out a deal online and actually have it honored once I arrived. Trade in value was about what I expected and still a bit more than two other dealers had offered. All involved worked fast and courteously and I thank them for that. I would have no problem buying another car right here. Thank you Arrowhead Honda.

This black 2017 Ford Explorer is an amazing vehicle! Drives with ease, comfort and power when needed. Enough space to pack a family of 7!! Beige interior with separate front and rear AC controls.

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. The Platinum checks all the boxes from comfort, performance and four wheel drive capability. The safety features are simple to use and make driving a pleasure. I love the adaptive cruise control.
I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. I am beyond disgusted with all the problems I have had. The first wk I got I noticed the door alignment was not right, then there is a weird sound that comes on when the ac is on but it doesn't always make the sound. The battery had to be replaced after 2 yrs and the horn also went out after 2 yrs. Now tonight a fan will not shut off so I had to disconnect the battery cable. I am the only owner got it brand new but I feel I got a lemon.
