Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
Met salesman Mark Youngpeter and told he could compete by matching on line pricing from Dayton dealers and he did better. I wanted to keep my business close to home and the transaction was painless and top notch. They provided free tank of gas ,mud guards where most get you for $200 and 24 months up to 5 free oil changes and free drive through car washes above 40 Fahrenheit. I was very impressed!! Allan Nott provides a free tech guy BRYSON BJORNSTAD who setup my personal car preferences and offered returns for additional help. If you are not tech savvy that is a huge help. Additionally, if you have CDs he will burn them on flash drives since CD players are not available. I recommend this dealership and they had a nice selection and I found trim and color I wanted.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

Kevin Lindeman gathered the information I requested and did not transfer me to another person as a different Ford dealership had. He even lined up the three cars I was considering so I could compare. He took scheduled vacation time during my decision process and Jessica Armentrout capably helped me navigate the financial process. I changed a feature I had requested and Joe quickly secured a vehicle for me. When the vehicle arrived, Jessica went over it with a fine tooth comb and found a small scratch. She went out of her way to make it right. The financial person in the office was pleasant and kind. The service technician who adjusted my headlights per my request was friendly, efficient, and competent. It was not even a scheduled request. Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
This was our second time getting a new vehicle through Raabe Ford and our customer service was great as always. My family has been doing business with them since the early 90's and will continue due to their customer service and seamless process. Kevin Lindeman & Jessica Armentrout were very easy to work with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
My wife and I are expecting our 3rd child. We had purchased a vehicle from greve automotive previously and were wanting to keep the same family atmosphere. With that being said we got on their website and seen what they had available. I stopped in the following day, gave them some info on what we were wanting to do and the situation. The next day I brought my wife with me to the dealership, we drove another van before driving the one we purchased. Our Sales professional Mason Webster was AMAZING to deal with very outgoing and was able to answer any questions we had. I did my own research before going to the dealer. I quizzed him based on what I knew. He was very quick to answer and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Alex was our finance manager and we couldn't have asked for someone to be so understanding and helpful during the process. The Greve Automotive family is certainly one you can trust and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

This is my second Explorer lease and I couldn’t be happier with it. Rides and handles great, plenty of room, good mileage for its size, and great for long distance trips!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Had a great experience with buying 4 new tires for my Mazda 5. Kerns worked with me finding the right tires and a great price.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
Tony was excellent and made this purchase very smooth.Del was very nice and friendly. THANK YOU KERNS FORD!! I will be back again in the future. Made my sons day?.

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
