Outstanding Dealership! Everyone, from salesmen, Finance, Service, and Administration are best of the best. In particular, Salesmen Josh is a cut above most salesmen. His process is defined by the customer?s needs, not commission.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I had such a great experience working with Michele! She was so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process of getting my car. She made sure I understood everything and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She was always willing to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my car and truly appreciate everything Michele did to help me get it. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I definitely recommend working with Michele! ❤️
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

Purchased a used vehicle here with Max as my salesperson. We purchased it sight unseen online. Max provided extra pics and videos and answered our questions immediately. He took care of sending paperwork overnight and ensuring process was completed in a timely manner. He also assisted with shipping process of vehicle 300 miles to us. All went smoothly and vehicle was received as described. Greatly appreciated. Greg

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Great results. Thank you Tim for everything. I won't let you down!

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Crest Lincoln review
Great experience at Crest Lincoln! Miles and Matt went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle within our budget, making the process smooth and stress-free. This was my 7th vehicle purchase, and by far the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend Crest Lincoln for their top-notch service!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Ali is so understanding and great to work with when it comes to a big decision.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

First class dealership. No pressure buying. Great service department that doesn?t try to oversell the need for services, but still does a fantastic job.!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Car Dome Auto SalesReviews
Car Dome Auto Sales review
I had such an amazing car buying experience thanks to Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and was hesitant to buy a vehicle from another state; since I couldn’t take a look at the vehicle or test drive it. He sent such well, detailed videos of him driving the vehicle, as well as interior and exterior videos. He was running numbers for me after work hours and did all the leg work. Drew was nothing but honest, and worked just as hard as me to make my deal work. I was unsure for a few days if I could make it all work out, and he was patient the entire time. He took it day by day along side me. He didn’t pressure nor drop me, not once, even after it took me 2 weeks to seal the deal. I plan to continue my business with CarDome in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family, and honestly anybody who needs a car!

Salesman Zack worked well with me on a 2021 Toyota Tundra. I told him what I could do and he, Drew, the sales manager, and AJ in finance made it happen. Got a slamming deal on a great truck with a good rate. Everything was fairly quick and easy. Would definitely recommend giving them a call. A ton of inventory rolls through. A lot of Hemis for the Mopar fans.

Best car dealership around! Everyone is so nice. Mike really looks out for his customers to ensure we’re happy and getting the best deal possible. Being a first time car buyer I was really overwhelmed with the whole thing. He was super patient and explained everything to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. They’re simply the best!!
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

We sold our SUV to Trust Auto, and dealt with Nemat Yuldashev. Once we agreed on the price, the rest was easy, especially since we don't live in MD. He was very responsive and professional, and the deal was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the process and would recommend using this company.
