This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Had a tiny hole in windshield. Brought the car to them and they had a man from Dent Wizard that filled the hole. He was very friendly and professional. Trustworthy! I believe that it only took about an hour start to finish. Thank you Katie for your help with this. Also service writer Eddy thank you for your help with this issue.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped
