Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! They will not be beat on price and are a great group of folks to deal with!!

Buying a new truck is a daunting experience for everyone. The last time I tried to buy a truck in South County Mo., I actually caught the finance manager trying to con me out of nearly $2K. It cost them the sale. It seems we grow up believing that every car dealer is dishonest and out to get all they can with no true regard for their customer. Sometimes it's true. But not at Marshall. My experience at Marshall was far different. No pressure whatsoever, straight forward and all round decent people.
From the very start the people at Marshall struck me as honest and having integrity. I had the good fortune of having Jim Parissi as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Chris in financing was extremely helpful getting me a terrific finance rate and helped my new company establish credit. In the end I got by far, the best deal in 6 months of searching. I would highly recommend you give them a try with your next purchase.

I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
I've never taken the time to write a review on a car buying experience, but I HAD to after going to Andrew with Behlmann's Carnection in St. Peters, MO . Most satisfying car buying experience that I have ever had. I've never felt as at ease as I felt buying a car from Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Better yet, I was not there ALL day. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely pleasant as well. I just can't say how much I loved this experience, and would recommend them to anyone. Because I live in Illinois, it was about an hour drive for me but I would happily do it again. Thank you Andrew for being so wonderful to work with.
Everything about our experience was great. AL was a great salesman who helped us find the car we were looking for and the buying process was really fast and easy. The best part about the whole experience was we noticed some a huge dent in the back door that we didn't see prior to purchasing it. So I went back a couple days later to see if there was anything they could do for me. They repaired and repainted it no questions asked. That my friend is great customer service and how you get a customer for life. I will be back no doubt
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases
Not your typical car dealer. Very customer focused. I never felt taken advantage of through the process and I still don't. We will be back.
