I was attempting to purchase a clean looking Chevy Colorado and worked with Kyle Brewer. I am out of state so Kyle worked hard to show videos, answer questions and do an iphone facetime walkaround of the vehicle with me. I never did get a chance to make an offer. The following day when I called the dealership Kyle was away but I spoke with Julian Henson and he informed me that they could not sell the vehicle due to an improper and unsafe lift kit installation that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Their honesty saved me time off work and flight costs. Had that been a dealership in MY area I would have had an unsafe vehicle pushed on me. I never once felt pressure to purchase and felt treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. I even received a call from the manager afterwards to follow up with me. Would be more than happy to do business with them in the future.

I recently bought a car from Stanley’s in Eastland and it had been an amazing experience for our family! They took such great care of our family! Frank Briseño helped us and he took the time to let us test drive our car and make sure this was the care that we wanted to go with! He was super friendly and very easy going. He was very patient with us! Oscar was really great when I spoke with him as well! He was so helpful! I had also noticed that there was a small squeaking noise with the car and let them know and they took care of that as well! Every time I have called or been in this dealership, I have always had a wonderful customer experience! Ryan, who was at the help desk was so kind and helpful as well! I have been dealing with my deceased father, Patrick Beall's, car. It broke down not to long after he passed. He left me the car and I had 2 mechanics work on it and it was a nightmare. By the time I had it towed to Stanley Ford house in Sweetwater, TX it was really messed up. Upon arrival I talked with Troy Schroedter in service and told him what all was done to the car and boy was he in for it I mean every turn he took he found something else that was not right but he stuck with me and got the car running again. The tech, Dustin Hammit, who was working on it never gave up either. Between the two of them they finally got my daddy's car working again. I had told Troy when I brought my daddys car to him that I wasn't wealthy and I was concerned about how much this was gonna cost and he just kept reassuring me that everything will be fine. The car dealership is located on a somewhat deserted street but the Hertz sign is visible once you get near the area. I searched their inventory online before actually visiting the office and had narrowed my choices down to two cars. The test drive was fine and I picked the car that I thought would be better suited for me. After deciding on the car, the financing process was painless as well. There was no pressure for me to use their financial institution or to buy the extended warranty. Overall, I spent about two hours there and drove off satisfied with the car I purchased.

When I placed my online order for my Bronco WildTrak in March/April 2021, I was contacted by Jack Arnerich. He was informative and 100% honest about the outrageous wait time due to the pandemic. After a few months passed, I started hearing horror stories about dealerships jacking up the prices $10k-$15k. I emailed Jack and he was quick to respond and put my mind at ease that Greenwood Ford will not do that and will honor the MSRP total. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Jack always got back to me. Flash forward a year and five months from the date I placed my order, I finally received an email from Ford stating my Bronco was scheduled for production. To say I was SUPER EXCITED is an understatement, especially for how long I waited for my Bronco. So, I emailed Jack to get more details and an approximate delivery date. For the first time ever, he didn?t respond. A week or so later I sent a follow up email, and still nothing. I finally called and they connected me with Kyle. Kyle took over my order from Jack as Jack was finally retiring. Kyle was also great to work with, texted me with updates, and kept me in the loop. On the day of my Bronco delivery both Kyle and Jack were there. Jack wanted to be sure I was happy with my new beast and Kyle was great handling everything Jack gave him for my new ORV.
