Roberts Auto Services review
From the first phone call to Roberts Auto Services with Saki, the Portfolio Manager, meeting him in person, to Young in Finance, our experience for purchasing a new vehicle went from an F rating to an A+ rating. After searching for a month and a half, getting lied to and misled by two other dealerships, we were on guard with any dealership after that. We made the 1.5 hr trip to Sanford and the drive was worth it! Saki greeted us outside and made us feel welcomed. He was friendly, accommodating with hospitality, and gave us immediate attention with the car we came for. Young is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thoughtful in his Finance expertise. They both followed through, kept their word, went out of their way to make our car buying easy, painless, enjoyable with their kind personalities, and made sure that we did not have to make sacrifices. *Final comments : Roberts Auto Services first impression was friendly on the phone and in person. The customer service with my car buying was top notch. The last impression with our car purchase was completely satisfied! 05.19.26 Thank you to Saki, and Young from my Family trio. Excellent experience at Corwin Ford! I traveled thousands of miles to purchase my F-350 from Corwin Ford in Nampa, Idaho, and had some understandable concerns about whether the price I was quoted would actually be honored when I arrived. Shane Flores and Richard Tolsma assured me everything would be exactly as promised—and it was. Shane even picked me up at my hotel, and the entire purchase went smoothly from start to finish. Cesar in finance was great as well. There were no surprises, no extra fees, and no attempt to change the deal, even though I was paying cash rather than financing. They gave me a price off MSRP that was better than anything I found throughout the Pacific Northwest. Traveling that far to buy a vehicle can be a gamble, but Corwin Ford delivered exactly what they promised. I highly recommend Shane, Richard, Cesar, and the entire Corwin Ford team.
