2020 Ford F-350 review
2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

2020 Ford F-350 review
Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

2021 Ford F-350 review
The F350 Super Duty crew cab can handle just about anything you need it to do. The ride is a little stiff - but hey it's a truck! Turning radius is a little wide - but hey it's a truck! 4wd works great, multiple transmission drive modes will handle most any terrain you'll be on. It'll handle heavy loads in short bed without a problem. Don't expect high MPG - hey it's a heavy truck, so plan for the fuel expense.

Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros: The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions: While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

2016 Ford F-350 review
I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

2020 Ford F-350 review
I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.

Roomy, powerful, comfortable, unique. The ultimate vehicle for towing a camper. Stereo is awesome and also cant beat the massaging seats. Plenty of room for pets also.

I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.

2008 Ford F-350 review
This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2018 Ford F-350 review
The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

2021 Ford F-350 review
Lets face it, no one buys a 1 ton truck for good gas mileage but it actually gets better than 14MPG on the highway "not towing" I was a little reluctant buying a gasser over the diesel for towing my 5th wheel, but so far it has performed very well. 6% grades are no issue pulling <12k lbs. The ride is amazing loaded and unloaded and doesn't rattle my teeth out driving around town like my old 2500HD.
