Walker FordReviews
Walker Ford review
I would recognize Jorge Colon alongside Ryan Holcomb, while still giving Ryan special recognition for his leadership. A special shout-out to **Ryan Holcomb, Service Drive Manager, and Jorge Colon!** We sincerely appreciate the assistance, professionalism and care they provided during such a stressful situation. Ryan deserves particular recognition. We can certainly see why he holds the position of Service Drive Manager. His leadership, dedication and commitment to customer service truly stood out. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Jorge for his assistance and contributions throughout the process. I only wish this level of customer service extended to our dealership back home in Canada. **Whiteoak Ford Lincoln could certainly learn a thing or two from Walker Ford when it comes to customer care, professionalism and making customers feel valued.** Thank you again to Ryan, Jorge, the technicians and the entire Walker Ford team. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and you have certainly left a lasting positive impression on this Canadian family!

Ferman Mazda Of Brandon review
I recently had an outstanding experience at the Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, Katisha and Kenneth, for your exceptional service!

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

2024 Ford Mustang review
Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

Was a great experience, only 1 complaint, not fully great with communication for description of vehicle after asking detail of the vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was great

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 Trailblazer ACTIV. From start to finish, everyone at the dealership treated me with professionalism and respect. Joseph was especially outstanding—he was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the right SUV and had a smooth buying experience. He answered all of my questions, made the process stress-free, and made me feel valued as a customer. I couldn’t be happier with both my new Trailblazer ACTIV and the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Joseph to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better
