Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
As usual, going to see Jeff and having him sell me another car is like going Christmas shopping every day. Jeff makes car buying alot of fun and simple. I always Appreciate how Jeff has fun in the process.

The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I am very happy with The Auto Outlet INC! Brandon was the reason we brought the vehicle here. I sent a email to him asking about a vehicle. Brandon responded very promptly to the email and asking me to come down and look at the vehicle. I informed him I would be there! When I showed up I asked for Brandon and he was there with a smile on his face and ready to help us. We explained what we were looking for. Brandon showed us some vehicles that he thought would work for us. I tell you what we found the vehicle we were looking for! Low miles excellent vehicle! Brandon informed us that we had a 3 month warranty or 3000 miles. That they just offer as a thank you to their customers! I was shocked to hear that!When buying the vehicle there was no pressure, we didn't have to wait and most of all it was very convenient location from home. After all the dealerships in Oregon City, Gladstone, and all over Salem non of these dealerships treated us the way Auto Outlet did. They are family owned for over 20 years! I love family owned businesses because in my experience they have cared more about the customer. From now on I will never go to a big dealership for vehicles again. The also have referral program that is $200.00! I thank you once again for being professional and most of all staying open later for us! I highly recommend this car dealership!
I was completely impressed by Seth (sales consultant) and Jonathan (finance manager) during our car buying experience at RTGT!! We're from the Spokane area and were a little leary about purchasing from a distance, but Seth and the team made the whole experience so smooth! Seth even went out of his way to pick us up and bring us to RTGT. They were easy to work with, talk to, and they really rolled out the red carpet for us (we purchased a pre-owned SUV).

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
I bought a 2000 Chevy Camaro from West Coast Auto Enthusiasts. The ad for my vehicle was very accurate, honest and thorough. I bought the car based on photos and a vidio, the description was spot on, Todd was great on the description. I live on the east coast and trusted WCAE add. When the car was delivered it was better than I could have imagined. I would buy from Todd and Sydney again and again!
