2020 Ford Ranger review
I have a 2020 and absolutely love it. I pull a fishing boat and a 24’ Harris pontoon boat. You literally can’t tell they are back there. The 2024 is awesome but they are a lot more expensive. Maybe one day!

2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

2022 Ford Ranger review
The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

2011 Ford Ranger review
I've bought a used 2011 ranger in 2019. Its never failed to start and get me to where I needed to go. Only getting rid of it as my needs have changed. One negative is the regular cab space can be tight if you going on a longer trip.

2019 Ford Ranger review
This truck Is the best purchase I have ever made. My first truck was a '79 F350, then I sold that to get a Crosstrek but I quickly realized I needed a bigger vehicle so I started looking at mid sized trucks and the 4Runner. The 2019 lariat Fx4 with 50k miles on it cost me the same amount as a base model 2015 tacoma with over 100k miles so to me the decision was easy to make. I needed to take this truck to move me and all my stuff entirely across the country from San Diego, up to the Canadian boarder in Glacier National Park, and then to chapel hill North Carolina. Not once did this truck give me any issues and I took it on multiple challenging off-road trails in moab and even completed one jeep trail. (although the jeep trail left me with my first ding on the back bumper) It absolutely blew me away to say the least. Never had issues passing like some tacomas often do, and the adaptive cruise control and lane assist worked excellent. I have a bulged disk in my lower back so its very hard for me to find a comfortable seat for long drives but even after days of 14 hours behind the wheel, I had absolutely no back pain so I felt more than ready to attack the hikes on the trip unlike my subaru. I cannot say enough good things about this truck. Its tough, extremely comfortable, powerful for a 4cyl, great on gas compared to all other midsize trucks, and gave me absolutely ZERO issues while being pushed to its limits both off road and on long journeys. If you're in the market for a midsize truck, you're doing yourself a disservice to not take a good hard look at this truck.

2024 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a 2020 ford ranger with 2.3 ecoboost and upgraded to the 2024 ford ranger with the 2.7L ecoboost. Both engines are stout. I enjoy the 2.7L alittle better. Truck is very quick in either set up. So far zero issues. I think steering feels alittle heavy but other than that I bought this truck because of the seats and how comfortable it is on long distance trips. Deos everything I need it to plus they are fun to drive.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
2022 Ford Ranger review
The ROUSH Ranger is an amazing upgrade over the already impressive Ford Ranger XLT. It has a full Katzin Leather interior. 18" Wheels with 33" General Grabber AT3 285/65-R18 tires. ROUSH tuned FOX 2.0 suspension levels the ride. It handles the street and off-road extremely well. This is the ultimate version of the Ford Ranger.

2021 Ford Ranger review
I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

2020 Ford Ranger review
I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.

2021 Ford Ranger review
After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. 6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!
2024 Ford Ranger review
I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

2021 Ford Ranger review
