I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

DriveTime of West ColumbusReviews
DriveTime of West Columbus review
★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

Walt Massey KiaReviews
Walt Massey Kia review
We bought my daughter her first car from here and we were more than pleased with the service! We were especially pleased with Brandon, our salesman. He made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our purchase. If there was anything we had a concern about, he made sure that it was taken care of as quickly as possible. The purchasing part was quick and easy as well. We wanted to surprise our daughter at her pep rally and we were on a timeline to have it ready to go by 1:50pm that day. Brandon personally went to the service manager and had our process expedited. We made it on time for the pep rally suppose and I would 100% recommend Brandon and Walt Massey KIA to anyone!

Dewey FordReviews
Dewey Ford review
Best in class Ford dealership! Distinctive, World-class service! While traveling in Iowa, 2019 F150 Raptor experienced a failed fuel pump. Josh, Dewey's service writer not only helped with a rental location, but offered to provide logistical support with securing a rent vehicle. He immediately accepted my truck, diagnosed the problem and procured the necessary parts. The overall repair cycle was less than two days. Josh also assisted in working with documenting the root causes of the failure that was determined to be substandard repairs performed recently by a dealership in my hometown. Absolutely the very best experience I've encountered with any auto dealership in my 66 years!!! A massive thank you to Josh and the Dewey Ford technical team!
2018 Ford Taurus review
This is the 3rd Taurus I have owned, and it's the best yet. It handles very good. It's faster than my previous Taurus, which was a 2010. I really like the fact that it has a CD player. I bought this one because the Taurus has always been very reliable. I gave my 2010 to my daughter with 130 thousand miles on it, and it still runs great. I don't understand why Ford stopped making this car.

Ron Bouchard Nissan review
I had need for immediate help in replacing a key fob and Ron Bouchards Nissan told me to come in that day and provided the help that I needed to get a new one and reprogram it so that I no longer had worry about it. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and the work was done efficiently and I am feeling more secure about being able to start my car. They responded to my needs and I was able to get it done within two hours. Service staff are friendly and helpful. I am grateful for their help!
2018 Ford Taurus review
I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

Greensboro Auto Center review
I originally stopped to look at a car for my son, and found the perfect car for me. Ryan and the entire team were courteous and helpful. I test drove the car and fell in love. I noticed the AC wasn't cooling and they had it in the shop the next day getting serviced. When I went to pick it up I noticed a sound in the console like a rolling marble and the second key was missing. They wrote these shortfalls up and will schedule an appointment to fix both issues. Great service and warranty on their vehicles. Not something you would expect on a used car purchase. I look forward to enjoying my new "used" car.

2018 Ford Taurus review
Bought with clean Carfax and excellent service history. If you can find one that's well maintained def pick it up. More than enough to power and fun to drive and awd to boot. You get your bang for your buck with this car. Only downside is will be expensive to repair on certain things ( water pump,Ptu and turbos) are the big 3.

They did good work on my car. Getting a hold of them and their costumer service was okay. I would go back to them again if I need a Nissian dealership.
