Kudos Ford for forging new models that do not look like all the rest! I have owned my OBX for a month now and I am very impressed with its comfort, roominess, on road handling, power and gas mileage. The little Ford Dragon 1.5 I3 Turbo impresses me! (Mind you my other vehicle is a new BMW 330 X drive). If you are looking for an excellent companion for daily, yet fun driving vehicle that can also tackle most off road situations....go with the Bronco Sport!

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. Eddie and the team at 1st Choice Auto were a breath of fresh air. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. I will come here first to purchase my next used vehicle.

While this van isn’t perfect, needs a few minor repairs, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Anything much newer would have been out of my budget, good value for the money

BEST VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED!! I bough it new and I'm still driving it 257,000 miles later. Only items I have replaced were the backup camera and the power steering pump. I did just spend $250 in replacing a leather panel on the driver's side seat, pretty reasonable. This truck is awesome! I do a lot of highway miles, but tow trailers, minor off road and lots of construction sites. If you are looking at an older truck, from my experience this would be a great one to get.

My husband and I sent an email on Thursday night checking on the availability of a pick up we were looking at. We received a text and email from Syed on Friday morning. I called him to set an appointment. We said we’d be there between 3:30 and four. We arrived at 4:15 and Syed was there to greet us with a smile and keys in hand so we could take it for a test drive. We loved the vehicle so we sat down with Syed; he negotiated a fair price for the vehicle we were turning in. We then worked with Shaq and Adrian to complete the paperwork. We drove the Ford F150 home that evening. We would very much recommend Koons Sterling Ford based on the staff we met. They were professional, yet relaxed. They were accommodating and fair. Very professional However, I have had an issue with the brakes since I got the car a little under 2 years ago The 1st service I was told the brakes were fine. It just got more loud with the grinding sound since then The last visit, the sound stopped for a few days. They put some fluid on the brakes. But the grinding sound is back again. So the issue was not fixed. Just patched. Hope the brakes hold up until my lease runs out

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I’ve driven British sports cars most of my life and enjoyed them. I bought an st3 and enjoy driving even more. Handling and excelleration above average for an auto of this type. Comfortable heated leather seats, decent gas mileage, very good sound system. Avery fun ride. No regrets after buying this car.

A reliable car if you live in the city. It's a good way to save on gas and it is pretty fast, should have been on Fast and Furious.

During my most recent visit to this company, I arrived early Friday afternoon with my left front tire off of the rim. It couldn't be repaired but a new one had to be ordered. The scheduled arrival was Monday. However, I was unable to drive my vehicle like this. So, I had the options to: either leave it at the dealership service dept over-the-weekend, purchase a tire at a nearby location, and/or rent a vehicle. Many of the area businesses closed around 12 noon. Thankfully, I found a place to buy a quality used tire to get me back on the road. Grayson and another associate were extremely professional, and courteous. They assisted me in finding somewhere that sold tires who were still operating. One of them even walked with me two businesses across from the dealership where an employee had a relative there. The experience was satisfactory!

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

It was my first car buying experience, the sales team was awesome my sales associate Bridgette was so great, her customer service was awesome though she referred me later one of the team members I guess she was training but she was so professional and calm. The finance department is where I didn't understand why they charge you extra $1000 if you are financing the car, and some other fees that I didn't understand if you are financing with them.Am yet to confirm all the charges because $12000 price went all the way to $19000+ So apart from financing department the dealership is great, they worked with me in a friendly manner.

My Daughter just received her car after waiting 4 months. After owning it a week she got a chip in the windshield. We where able to get it repair. Then 2 days later she came out of work and now there’s a crack in the windshield. The repair shop ordered a new windshield when they received it it came cracked. I think the material the windshields made out of is defected because these windows shouldn’t have this problem of chipping so easily.

My 2016 Fusion SE Has Been Great..My only complaint is I wish the 2.5 engine had a little more power & better gas mileage..I get 22 city & 26 highway which I guess isn't terrible since the car is heavy. The ride is smooth & quiet and the layout of the dash & rest of interior very good.
