After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Best buying experience. RT was great, treated my like I was buying a new car. Very polite and extremely helpful. Buying a used car here also included oil change, rotating tires, filling all fluids, detailing the car including shampooing carpet, filling the gas tank and a spare key with fob. My family was so impressed that they are now buying a car for their family.
AWESOME experience. David Hamilton and Keith in used sales truly amazed me. They did what they said they would do!!! That's not common with most dealership's. We looked at a truck Saturday afternoon in the rain no less and CJ Ramza in finance had us driving home with the truck my husband wanted thanks to this great group of guys. Thank you all!!!
Today is the 2nd time I've bought a car from Dodge City! Roberto Lozano found the car I wanted within minutes, C.J. not only found the finance for the car very quickly, but even lowered my car payment. Thanks for the great car experience for the 2nd time! BIG SUGGESTION: I bought GAP insurance for the 2nd time because after my 2nd car was totaled, I'm only in a new car again because the GAP insurance made sure I wasn't upside down for $8,000. Buy GAP insurance, no matter what!
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
I met with Billy, and from the first phone call to taking possession of the truck the entire process was smooth. Other dealerships will leave you sit for 20-30 minutes without an update or any idea what's going on, nothing like that happened at Hoyte Whitesboro.
I will recommend them to any of my friends when they are truck shopping.

Started looking online for a used car. Was contacted by Michael Gonzales. He was friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The salesmen acted as a team helping each other out not trying to one up each other. Hey let me test drive the car three times and everyone was super friendly. They worked with us to get our payments down where we wanted them.

Seem like they was intrested in helping me get a truck. But when they couldn't see my credit score seems like they gave up on me sales person said he would get back to me. I had to call him an he kept putting me off.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).

I specked out the 2019 GMC truck I wanted. I am 69 years old so figure this will be the last new truck I ever buy & xxxx it, it's going to be what I want. Started calling around DFW dealers & all those greedy xxxxxxxx wanted $500 over sticker just to start. Now I realize they were blowing smoke up my xxx, so I started looking elsewhere. I remembered a guy I knew that used to sell motorcycles & now sells GMC, (David Bryson) ,found him on Facebook & made contact. He told me he would deal so I made the trip to Sherman to see him. David Bryson @ Parkway GMC was as good or better than his word. He didn't try to up-sell me or find an almost as you wanted truck. He went out on their dealer internet & found exactly what I wanted in another state. We made a deal, signed the paperwork & I was given a "new" loaner until my truck could be delivered to my home. Before I could leave the Parkway dealership, David came out with a sick look & informed me the other dealer had sold my truck even though they had a hold on it. David got back on their internet & found another truck that met my spec's. We re-did the paperwork & David got me another $500 discount for the problems. Two days later David delivered my truck to my driveway & spent a couple of hours one on one showing me how all the new fangled tech stuff worked. While making this purchase I found something sadly missing in today's society, Honesty, Integrity & a true desire to Serve your customer. David Bryson, I commend you on taking care of your customer & not just pandering to the almighty dollar.
First, the staff are great. I felt like friends were helping me buy a car, not like salesmen pressuring me. The car was fantastic, the price a real deal. They took care of everything and took really good care of me. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't be happier with my Suburban.
