I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.

Mike was very knowledgeable. He was able to get us all the information we needed and was very helpful. I can see ourselves buying a car from him when we are ready.

This car met all my needs and more. I love all the features, remote start, remote trunk release, blind spot detection, leather seats, and heated seats, just to name a few.

Buying process was simple, getting to test drive was easy and straight forward. Turned out the vehicle I bought had an issue neither party knew about. Drive Appeal repaired the issue. Normally would have been over $1000 fix - they charged me less than half, repair was completed in a few hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

The car drives great and is very comfortable. It has electrical and mechanical issues. It broke down several times since I bought it when it had only 45K miles. Now it's about 70K and already replaced many parts.

I worked with Daniel Z, I ordered a new car from him, and he also helped me get my wife into a certified pre-owned when we needed it. Looking forward to working with him again.

The months-long wait could have been more frustrating than it was. Roger at Rosedale Chevrolet kept us informed. He is knowledgeable but not pushy when it comes to add-ons and other suggestions. He REALLY seems to enjoy sharing infotainment and other features of the car, and our ?advanced questions? didn?t stump him. We also had a long discussion about tires options with Sean in Service, and he too is a font of knowledge and patience. We feel lucky we walked into Rosedale Chevrolet, because they know Bolts and EVs in general.

We have always received excellent service. I do not like doing these surveys for every time I visit Whitaker. If I have a problem you would be the first to know.

Buying process was simple, extremely knowledgeable staff, excellent variety of vehicles. Customer service rep in the service department during the certification process was excellent! Worth the drive to Eden Prairie.

The staff were nice and welcoming! The process of purchasing was easy and fast. When I got to the dealer/accounting I do feel the process was a bit too quick/rushed though.
