MICHAL MADE THE SHOPPING AND BUYING PROCESS SO EASY AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I AM PRETTY xxxx PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT REGRETTING IT! I BELIEVE THAT MICHAL WAS SINCERE AND HONEST IN GETTING THE VERY BEST DEAL AND DOING ALL HE POSSIBLY COULD TO GET EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. ANDY IN FINANCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK THINGS OUT IN MY BEST INTEREST FOR CAR PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE EXTRAS. HE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE VERY BEST HANDS WITH THE BOTH OF THESE GUYS AND IT WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WE'LL SEE... BUT FOR ME. THIS WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HALL VW AND MICHAL AND ANDY IN A HEARTBEAT!

During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.

Russ Darrow West Bend Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.

CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

Brookfield Buick GMCReviews
Brookfield Buick GMC review
I purchased a used vehicle from Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC last year, and a few months later discovered a mechanical issue that needed attention. The problem was something that really should have been noted or recognized during their pre-sale inspection and preparation. I reached out to the dealership, explained the situation, and provided the relevant details. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and apologetic from the very first interaction. They reviewed everything quickly, took full responsibility, and agreed to cover the entire cost of the repair at the shop of my choice, no questions asked and no hassle. In today's world, it's refreshing to see a dealership step up like this, especially for a used car. Their accountability and willingness to make things right completely restored my confidence in them. If you're in the market for a Buick, GMC, or just want a dealership that treats customers fairly and with integrity, I highly recommend Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC. Fantastic experience, thank you to the entire team!

Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan review
Needed a vehicle on short notice. Worked with Jim and he very accomodating and responsive. Any little glitch that would potentially arise was addressed immediately and resourcefully. His Mgr Dustin was very supportive along the process as well. Mariah who did the financing was very professional easy to work with. I had no experience with Hyunda which made me slightly nervous. However, their collective effort made the entire process efficient and seamless. I can honestly say (for the first time)would purchase from this dealer again.

Adam was amazing and I appreciate all he did. I went in doubting I would leave with what I want and left with more.
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!

This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.
