traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Got an oil change. Took less an hour and had nice cars on the showroom floor.

We spoke about many things outside of just buying a car. He made it easy for me to be comfortable in whatever my choice was going to do. I went in to have my general maintenance done, oil change and tire rotation, and asked if they could look at my horn. I have less than 9k miles on my vehicle and my horn stopped working! I originally had my service scheduled with another Hyundai service center and was told they would need to keep my car for 3 days and they would not provide me with a loaner. They checked my horn, and informed me they would need to order a new one. It would take a few days to get, but will call me when they receive it and take care of it for me! I cannot thank this service dept enough for the wonderful customer service and understanding of my anxiousness/irritation of not having a horn!

I arrived late to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately one of the Service writers noticed my arrival as he was leaving for the night. He came back to the dealership and secured my vehicle and billing. Great service.

The only thing is I wish when I got my 2024 Buck Envista they would have told me to wait until 2025 or 2026 to get that car because they added so much more to the model that I have and that really sucks.

I have worked with Dan Salisbury for years in regard to leasing various cars. Dan works very hard to find what I am looking for within the payment range I need. Dan never makes me feel bad for additional requests or continued questions. If there are any problems they are quickly resolved. During this last lease I had pleasure of also working with Alfonso Gomez. He was very quick at resolving small issue that I had immediately. Jason Garon in the service department is always amazing about getting my car for any oil changes or needed work. I am happy to recommend this team to others.
