My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
I drove around several dealerships looking for a chevy equinox. Came to Taylor Kia and saw a 2012, Brett Longstaff made me a better deal on a 2016. Car is great, buying process was smooth and easy. Ed did the paperwork and was nice.
Great car but terrible headlights

Great vehicle but very hard to drive at night as the headlights are very weak. Good on fuel and comfortable to drive. Maybe a little overpriced.
Gene Siefkert was such a great help to me. I was looking for a used suv. I gave gene some ideas and we texted for few days. I couldn???t make it to the dealership. When I arrgived gene went above and beyond to help me purchase the right suv for me. He listened to my concerns and helped finalize all the paperwork. Gene answered my guestions and explained certain features. My family has used Tom Ahl Dealership for many years. This dealership treats you like family. They are knowledgeable and understanding. I always recommend them. Maggie Farler was extremely helpful with all the financial and coverage paperwork. She had my best interest at heart.

My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
My overall experience was excellent. Gene answered all my questions and the purchase very easy.His relaxed manner makes a customer want to come back. Jay made my finance experience very easy.

The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
The service adviser was knowledgeable and personable.He knew how long it would take for the problem to be fixed.Called me as soon as it was done.
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
Very helpful and professional! I am a returning customer for this reason! The process was very easy and they made sure my needs were met.
We liked our Explorer better

For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
Great customer service, from start to finish! Found and test drove the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. The front drivers side heated seat didn’t work but they ordered the part and fixed it before we picked it up. When I arrived the salesman (Dave) had my vehicle running and warming up!
Use it for everything.

Towed my fiat across the country with it. Haul my family around every day. Little mx, strong go ahead. We haul stuff all over the place. The seats fold flat so we can fit tons in the back.
I have bought four cars through this dealership, and they have always done a great job from the beginning to the end. Drive through their lot and check out the huge selection of inventory! Ask for Jim Hendricks, for a great deal!!

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
I've been in the market for a used vehicle for some time, although I've been very picky with what I want Clay Elking hasn't given up on me! He always greets me with a smile and answers all my questions! The dealership is always very clean and presentable!

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.

With the price, totally worth it. Great handling and driving. Gas saver with the car in that size. Perfect for families with kids and driving in the road.
My wife and I are expecting our 3rd child. We had purchased a vehicle from greve automotive previously and were wanting to keep the same family atmosphere. With that being said we got on their website and seen what they had available. I stopped in the following day, gave them some info on what we were wanting to do and the situation. The next day I brought my wife with me to the dealership, we drove another van before driving the one we purchased. Our Sales professional Mason Webster was AMAZING to deal with very outgoing and was able to answer any questions we had. I did my own research before going to the dealer. I quizzed him based on what I knew. He was very quick to answer and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Alex was our finance manager and we couldn't have asked for someone to be so understanding and helpful during the process. For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas

This SUV met all of my needs. Safe, comfortable, durable, good lines, attractive interior, excellent in heavy, slippery or deep snow, large cargo and comfortably fits seven (7) adults.
Toby was great! He delivered the vehicle 60 miles from the dealership and treated my whole family to dinner. The car is spotless. He was very honest and upfront about the history of the car and promptly answered any questions we had. The paperwork was fast and easy. He took care of everything! I feel no need to search other lots for future needs.
Water leak front window stabiltrak problems

This is a roomy vehicle and nice to drive . Accept it has more problems then anyone should have in one vehicle . We bought it with 39,000 miles and 3 days later figured out that the front windshield was leaking and dripping into my steering column . The dealership would not take the vehicle back. So I had gmc involved . They gave a warranty for 30,000 additional miles . Within a month later it was a snow storm I was trying to get home and guess what the belt comes off . They tell me I drove it into a snow bank . I say it was not and we live in Indiana and we get snow . So I can’t drive it in the winter now ? There r documented moments where we would lose steering while Turning . And the car would stall . I returned it to the dealership notified gmc and told them I was not coming back for the vehicle . I felt it had to do with water damage because the vehicle had been sitting on the lot in rain snow and ice for months . They gave me my 5 th loaner car and said they would not call until everything was fixed . I still did not want to keep the car felt it was unsafe for my teen to drive . Every light on the vehicle is on constantly and my auto start no longer works . Now the Stabili Trak light is on we get reduced engine power while driving 70 miles an the car just gives out . Pretty sure I smelled something burning the other day . And at that time the vehicle was not having this problem . Maybe GMC just wants these vehicles to catch fire and burn to the ground so they can keep looking the other way !!!! 🤬
