I have really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kevin Grover GMC. So far I have bought 2 vehicles there and both times felt no pressure from my salesman and I have left feeling like I got a good deal without all the haggling that you get with big town dealers. I have tried larger dealerships in bigger communities and thought they had more to offer; or maybe I just had an illusion of that possibility based on the size of others facilities. Kevin Grovers dealership proved me wrong, because when it came to competitive salesmanship and top-of-the-line customer service they rocked. Not only did they do a great job of competing with price point they blew away the customer service that I ever received at other dealerships. I will definitely be back, they have earned my future business for the forseeable future.
We bought our Encore here, got a great deal and came back for service because we got the first 2 oil changes free. We will never go anywhere else. Everyone is genuinely friendly and we love the sales people and service department.
The salesman was very informative and was able to explain everything we needed to know and has offered to help us at anytime we may need help.Te finance manager was also very and explained the many options we had in service.
I had contacted Dan Huber about looking in the future for a truck to fit our family, he not only started looking asap but respected our price points and wants. We arrived from a very long car ride to see our number one pick right in front! Made us feel special and great looking truck. Only to realize it wasn't the one for us. He let us browse without feeling pressure and let us come to him for questions and concerns and his answers were great along with very helpful! This guy truly knows his trucks and never pushed us to anything we would have a hard time affording. We drove home with a beautiful 2015 ford! We are totally in love with it and it works perfect for our family!! Thank you Roberts and huge thank you Dan Huber!!! We will be back and will not be shopping anywhere else for vehicles!!!
My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
Went to buy a 2013 Ford focus used car listed on their website. The dealer was very proactive in fixing an appointment and following up with me about the timings. Once I arrived he accompanied for the test drive. I was good with the car but wanted a better offer which they were not able to provide. But they tried to make be understand why this is the best deal. The dealer was very cordial and showed me few other cars as well. Though I didnt end up getting the car but will like to go back.
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!
Completed my duediligence stopped off at Chris Nickel's on way to another dealership. Still tried other Dealer and experience was Night & Day. Ended up comming back & lived hapily ever after with my new Vehicle. Thanks Tom & special thank Matt in finance ! :)
I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . I'm definitely making an appointment with her and feel secure that she will make sure I'm taken care of like I should be. Thanks Sher your one of a kind!! See you soon..
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
Bert Kendrick did an top notch job taking care of my questions and needs. Will continue to do future business with Bert on and send friends his way.
