handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

Well the whole situation was a mess from State Farm?s side all the way from arguing the estimate to the point where they (State Farm) wanted ME to pay $2,000 out of pocket to where I was handed over my truck without nothing paid from me. Jake along with everyone that had hands on deck from top to bottom were in my corner. They helped provide everything and did a superb job restoring my truck to how it was. Jake was very professional and assured me that they ?are good at what they do?. The transparency from calls to text and even videos being sent to me of the process was above and beyond for me. Louie who took over after Jake had to step out was no exception he as well picked up right where Jake left off and the transition was flawless. Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.
