My salesperson Josh was awesome. He listened to my needs and helped me find the right vehicle. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very organized from the start to finish of buying my Santa Fe Hybrid. The reason for only four stars was because of Josh, the sales managers. I decided not to buy additional warranty or gap insurance for the vehicle. After working with my salesperson exclusively Josh the Sales Manager stated that he has to send my salesperson "on an errand" but he wanted to know why I didn't want the additional coverage. It seemed odd to me that while in the process of buying a $43,000 car the salesperson would suddenly have to complete an errand but it is what it is so I told the sales manager my reasons. After a few more minutes another person arrived at the desk asking why I didn't want the additional coverage. This person didn't give their name or title, but I told him after saying no three times I was ready to leave and not buy the car. Suddenly Josh my salesperson returned and the new vehicle transaction was completed without issue. Having several people pressuring you to buy something that you don't want is a unprofessional business tactic that does not add value to the buying experience at Walser Brooklyn Park.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. Jordan Pope the Criswell service advisor provided provided prompt and courteous customer service. The Criswell service technician did great work as always. I checked the new mobil one synthetic oil after the oil change and the engine cooled off at home in the garage and it was nice and clean and right on the full mark. Since Criswell through in a free car wash because of a minor paper work issue, i spent a couple days detailing the car inside and our and waxing it and our 2019 Buick Envision Essence with only 70,000 mile on it looks like brand new. Been getting my cars serviced at Criswell Chevrolet since 1978 almost 50 years now. After testing cars and trucks for governments contractors, I can say that Criswell is the best place for customer service and maintenance on my cars. My first experience with Criswell was with Gil Keller the former service mgr there and current truck sales rep for Criswell in Clarksburg on 355. Back when economic times were trying he saved me a lot of money on a major repair on my old 71 Chevy with 283 cu in V-8.. I will never forget his strong to to me as a customer and have been going back to Criswell ever since..
2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Recently purchased a 2024 CPO Sierra Denali with the 3.0 Duramax. Fuel mileage on the highway nears 30 mpg. Super smooth ride with a super entertainment system. Best vehicle I have owned.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

My Titan broke down while on vacation 1300 mikes from home. Had it towed to the nearest repair shop (no dealership in Jackson Hole). They tried but $2926 later, it was still doing the same thing. Drove a rental home and, after talking with Paul at MD, I decided to have it towed there (another $2500!). Glad I did. They listened and I didn’t feel like they were immediately pushing a new transmission (as was the case with 2 other dealerships I talked to). I feel they treated me as fair as possible on the cost and now my Titan is running like new. Too bad I was so far away when it happened. Between the first repair (that didn’t work), rental, and transporting back to AR, I had already spent over 6k by the time it got to MD. Paul, Hunter and crew at MD took care of me and I highly recommend them!
