Van Horn Chevrolet of Plymouth review
I dealt with Van Horn on an SUV for about a week. The vibe was so good that I ended up driving 900 miles on a Tuesday to make a purchase with them. I buy a lot of vehicles and I have never seen people stand behind their vehicles with such customer care and loyalty. They will earn your businesses.Very, very impressed and happy with their first class service and amazing warranty. I highly recommend Van Horn Chevrolet and their sales team.

**** 6 minutes ago Was impressed with the customer service at this location. Was greeted right away by the receptionist and met with Jeff Dawson. He was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for! Great to work with and great communication. After we purchased our Lincoln Navigator before leaving the lot he took the time to sit with me and go through all the technical things answer any questions I had and helped me set up my new car.

Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks

From the Internet Sales Team, Mr. Danny, to the command central on the phones, Ms. Caroline, to the Manager in charge of client satisfaction, Mr. Kenny, and one of the best salesmen I have ever met, Mr. Brandon, this team will go above and beyond to help you find the vehicle of your dreams in your budget! Outstanding Customer Service - A Lost Art. And oh, by the way, if you have trouble seeing what is right in front of you, the door to the Sales Center is where the gib numbers 4000 are on the glass. There is no sign for that part of the facility, but it is the main front door facing West College Road. Hope they can help you out!

As previous comments mention, Margaret truly is great! I drive out of my way to have my oil changed here as I truly notice a difference in the way my vehicle performs after service. Pricing is transparent and fair. Highly recommended!

I have bought cars and trucks for more than 40 years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Great price, great value for my trade and one of the best general managers I have ever seen. The sales lady was awesome, if you need a vehicle go see Bebe🤓

I never wrote a review in my life but felt it was warranted. From Evans phone call to Mike my salesman, then off to Blake in the office. All 3 of them could not have been better to work with. Honestly guys it was such a pleasant experience.

CarMax Colorado Springs review
getting my care from the Colorado Springs location was the best decision ever. I have bought multiple car's over the years and I feel like I was just another sale to them. Joshua was so amazing. He was polite and patient with us while we had to get some documents and was even nicer in person. I like how they have the express option because as busy people going to buy a car can be time consuming. We were able to sign everything online and only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership picking up my car. If you are looking to buy a car and would like to feel like there is no pressure and deal with a clean environment and nice people this is the place to go.

CarMax West Broad review
My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

CarMax Gainesville review
Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.
