I was looking at the same model truck close to home but ed daniels got me a much better deal, so I traveled 350 miles to deal with him. all my concerns and questions were answered promptly by Mr. ed. The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

Purchased 2022 Lifted Ram 1500 Bighorn. I had been looking for a new 2022 Full Size Truck for the past couple weeks. I am from Southern New Mexico, so I looked in Las Cruces/El Paso/Carlsbad, etc...What a joke. Every dealer wanted 15 to 20K OVER MSRP. Now I know I would have to pay at least MSRP, and probably no wiggle room. I was ok with that. I decided to look on Melloy Dodge website, and I found something I really liked. I used the website to contact the sales dept. REAL EASY and NO PRESSURE. I explained the experience I was having at other dealers, that I was coming with my own financing, and I wanted an "Out the Door" Price. Michael Calvillo responded within 30 minutes with an unbelievable quote (No B.S. inflated pricing), after we spoke on the phone within an hour. Needless to say, I was up in Albuquerque within 2 days to sign the paperwork. Frank in Financing was super nice, and NO PRESSURE. I did buy some options he offered, but again, no pressure. Michael (AWESOME) and the Melloy team let me keep the Truck there until I could come up on Saturday and drive it home. When I picked up the truck on Saturday it was CLEAN inside and out. Took 5 minutes at most and I was on my home. PEOPLE OF THE INTERNET...THIS IS HOW A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE!!! :-) I can't tell you how much I appreciate the entire process. I recently took my 2016 Cadillac to Motor City Fleet for repairs. There were two things wrong that I was aware of, and others that I wasn't. The staff there was so accommodating and thorough. It took awhile to get one specific part (it was on backorder), but they worked with me and with my schedule to get it back in and out as soon as the part got in. Everyone was so nice. I will absolutely be taking my car there for any future repair needs.
