I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Traded for an F250 Ford truck in March 2023, Decided to downsize to a 1500 Chevrolet in July the truck I wanted to trade had a bad fax report which they told me when I bought the truck with paperwork showing it had not been in an accident, when I tried to trade with a bad fax on the truck it became an issue, I contacted Jeff England motors and we worked out a deal so I did not take a big hit financially, Basically getting all my investment back on the F250, Jeff England is a stand up good man, great people to work with and buy from. We bought a 2006 Silverado Hybrid on 6/28/25 from Dillon. The transaction went very smoothly and we were very pleased with the deal. Sunday I was checking fluids and things like that and I also programmed a few FOBs I had laying around. Everything seemed fine. Later I went to drive off and the truck wouldn't start. Since it's a hybrid I had no idea what to do. I contacted Dillon. I started trying to find someone to help me, at that time I had no idea that programing those FOBs caused the issue. Dillon contacted me Monday morning. Later Monday Dillon and Josh ( their mechanic) came to my home in West Knox to help me. Josh discovered the problem, found a solution, and followed the procedure to fix the vehicle. They did way more than I could have expected. These are good people and I am very pleased with their service and integrity. I could not recommend them any more highly!
