The experience was amazing, the staff was amazing like always. Its the little mishap that occurred that doesnt give you the 5 stars as deserved. I called 2 days ahead to schedule my oil change. I spoke to the guy, he scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:30am. I get there and Im told that I was not scheduled at all. But the guy managed to squeeze me into the schedule (took a little longer than expected). While iM waiting, I'm hungry. I dont recognized the area so I ask the guy who assisted me if he could tell me what's to eat around. He asked what I was interested in and I settled for a place to go. He was very helpful and polite and so was the other guy next to him. Both very polite. I got messages letting me know how the progress was going anf when it was ready. Everything went smoothly. However, the milage on my new sticker was my current milage. The guy at the front helped me get it replace but I guess the computer was glitch in and giving the current milage but giving correct next date for oil change. Other than that, everything else was smooth sailing. I love their professionalism.

2026 GMC Terrain review
This will be my 3rd GMC Terrain. Each has been reliable for me, and on my 1st put over 200,000 miles on before trading in. for this 2026 I traded in my 2020 with almost 100,000 miles, but the deal was right and came at a good time. I love the comfort of this year's version, the acceleration and performance outdo previous versions. Spacious for 4, and room enough for 5, with plenty of cargo space. Compared to other cars of similar size and style, this one was right!

We came in and initially were met by Sal. He was a delight. He then directed us to Kevin, one of the salesmen. What a pleasure! Kevin was so nice. We discussed what I was looking for, and he already knew what he had to show me. We took a couple test drives, and he knew every detail about each vehicle. He knew I was specific about certain features, so he made sure to show me exactly what the vehicle featured that would spark my interest. He saw the condition of my trade and knew that I take great care of my trucks. So, he made sure to let me know that the material of the new vehicle's interior, required a specific way of cleaning to avoid any damage to the microfiber suede. Those are details that customers appreciate. Kevin was so thorough. We decided on the Acadia Denali Ultimate and upon pickup, Kevin made sure he did another thorough run through. This vehicle had some new features my prior truck did not have so he wanted to make sure I was comfortable navigating its system. We had some great conversations while we waited on paperwork. He was very personable. I cannot recommend Kevin enough to purchase a vehicle from. I could go on about our experience, but overall, it was amazing and I highly recommend Kevin & Banks for your next purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Alpine Buick! JJ worked incredibly hard to get me into a vehicle, even though I have challenged credit and had just started a new job. I honestly wasn’t sure it would be possible, but he never gave up. The team got me approved and into a brand-new, reliable, and honestly pretty sexy vehicle with very little red tape. JJ and Gloria both stayed well past closing, and they never once made me feel rushed. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. After the sale, Gloria had to make a few adjustments to the paperwork. Her communication was excellent, she responded quickly, and we had everything taken care of within minutes. This level of customer service is hard to find. JJ has absolutely earned our family’s business, and he’s already working on finding the perfect vehicle for my husband.
