Steve Austin's is a great place to have any GM vehicle serviced. I purchased my Cadillac XT4 at a Dayton dealership, but have my car serviced at Steve Austin's for two important reasons: 1.) Great service, top notch service writers and technicians. 2.) Steve Austin's goes to great lengths to ensure your vehicle is properly serviced. They contacted GM directly regarding an electrical issue, corrected the problem and my car was fixed. The Dayton dealership was eager to sell me my Cadillac take the cash, but not eager to schedule my car for service. An oil change and tire rotation was 3 weeks out, no loaner cars available as I work and live in another city. They promoted written false advertising stating that they would pick up my car from my employer, service it and return it the same day. No deal when I called to schedule for service. I won't return to that Dayton dealership, but I will continue to repeatedly go back to Steve Austin's!
2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Honestly I would give them 5 star if I didn't have Greg as a salesperson, the entire time Greg will just ignore you until you have to reach out to his boss who would likely come down on Greg and make him talk to me....YOU"RE xxx GROWN MAN acting like a 7 year old. So I bought a 2018 mazda6 and I love my car but the blind spot monitor went out or something like that so John the sales manager said to take it in and they'll pay for it. Super nice thing and I really appricated it since the mazda dealership by my said it would be an 1100 dollar fix meanwhile, Greg just ignored me because he believes that once the sale is done he no longer needs to talk to you keep in mind I drove 3.5 hours for this car. So long story short they actually send a driver to pick up my car and give me a loaner so they can get it fixed at a local mazda dealership (Probably to get it fixed at cost) I don't blame them one bit It's fine because they really were super nice minus Greg. So Greg finally text me because again John probably is yelling at him because he's busy being a manager hey your car is going to be fixed tuesday and you'll have it wednesday 7/29/2020 so 5 o' clock rolls around and I text greg "hey am I getting my car today." No sorry." I texted back So what happened is there a reason why?!? GREG JUST IGNORES MY CALL AND TEXT.....DUDE you have my car still just ignores me. So now I've gotta get John involved again and he actually gives me the updates....So long story short the problem came back so they took it back to get fixed. IF YOU GET GREG AS YOUR SALESPERSON WALK AWAY AND ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I'M NOT SURE WHY MCDANIAL TOYOTA EVEN EMPLOYEES HIM IT'S A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THEM AS A COMPANY. Everyone at this dealership is so freaking nice I came in hungover from Put in Bay for a bachelor party and they gave me water and ibuprofen like they're so nice...Greg told me the car had two keys and it only had one and gave me floor mat that isn't even for my car....Through all of the bad experiences with Greg everyone else is so nice so yes I do recommend them but I would honestly tell you to stay away if your salesperson is Greg if you have to wait trust me it'll be worth it not to have Greg as your salesperson but to buy a car from them because they will take care of you.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

2020 GMC Yukon review
I previously wrote a review back in 2021 While I was leasing this vehicle. Which still shows up. I just wanted to give an update. I ended up purchasing it after the lease ended. So glad I did. I absolutely love this vehicle. Everything about it. Minus the high back end and price of gas but you're gonna get that with V8 engine. Have had since the spring of 2020. Haven't had any issues at all. Still would highly recommend. Comfort, look, safety, practical, A+ Best vehicle I have ever bought. I would normally have been in a new vehicle by now, I use to upgrade every couple years but not after this purchase, Still very 😊 happy

Honestly I would give them 5 star if I didn't have Greg as a salesperson, the entire time Greg will just ignore you until you have to reach out to his boss who would likely come down on Greg and make him talk to me....YOU"RE xxx GROWN MAN acting like a 7 year old. So I bought a 2018 mazda6 and I love my car but the blind spot monitor went out or something like that so John the sales manager said to take it in and they'll pay for it. Super nice thing and I really appricated it since the mazda dealership by my said it would be an 1100 dollar fix meanwhile, Greg just ignored me because he believes that once the sale is done he no longer needs to talk to you keep in mind I drove 3.5 hours for this car. So long story short they actually send a driver to pick up my car and give me a loaner so they can get it fixed at a local mazda dealership (Probably to get it fixed at cost) I don't blame them one bit It's fine because they really were super nice minus Greg. So Greg finally text me because again John probably is yelling at him because he's busy being a manager hey your car is going to be fixed tuesday and you'll have it wednesday 7/29/2020 so 5 o' clock rolls around and I text greg "hey am I getting my car today." No sorry." I texted back So what happened is there a reason why?!? GREG JUST IGNORES MY CALL AND TEXT.....DUDE you have my car still just ignores me. So now I've gotta get John involved again and he actually gives me the updates....So long story short the problem came back so they took it back to get fixed. IF YOU GET GREG AS YOUR SALESPERSON WALK AWAY AND ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I'M NOT SURE WHY MCDANIAL TOYOTA EVEN EMPLOYEES HIM IT'S A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THEM AS A COMPANY. Everyone at this dealership is so freaking nice I came in hungover from Put in Bay for a bachelor party and they gave me water and ibuprofen like they're so nice...Greg told me the car had two keys and it only had one and gave me floor mat that isn't even for my car....Through all of the bad experiences with Greg everyone else is so nice so yes I do recommend them but I would honestly tell you to stay away if your salesperson is Greg if you have to wait trust me it'll be worth it not to have Greg as your salesperson but to buy a car from them because they will take care of you.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

2021 GMC Yukon review
I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.

Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

A overall quite reliable car, I’ve owned this Yukon for a couple of months and it’s treating me well, it’s nice, it’s luxurious, with high resale. Yes it consumes a lot of gas, but besides that, best car I’ve owned.
