Hands down the best car buying experience with a dealer by light years. I snagged a new 2017 Silverado Midnight Edition thanks to my amazing salesman, Jim Lawson. Saying he went the extra mile would be an understatement. Dealing with my is not easy, and I am very picky. I'd originally specced out a similar Midnight Edition online with the intention of ordering it. Bridgewater Chevy had one on their lot that blew away my expectations. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, spared no time in making sure I was familiar and comfortable with the creature comforts of the truck. Darren made the finance part an absolute breeze, and Chad was an all around awesome guy to meet. All around great dealership with some of the most amazing staff around.
Keep in mind I had left a deposit on an SRT Grand Cherokee up the road but the inner genius in me told me to proceed to another dealership after already leaving a deposit on a car. Jim gave me an extremely comfortable number which I could not be happier with. Amazing dealership, amazing family, amazing service. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
Brian T. is the best salesman I have come across. I did extensive research on my next car purchase. (my car was 18 years old) Brian was very patient and answered all my questions (I actually asked him to measure the size of the door). No pressure. Genuinely cared to help me find the car that was right for me. The dealership found some rebates and offered me a great deal. It was so much fun, I wish could buy a new car every week.
My experience at Miller Buick ,Woodbridge,NJ was great. My sales person was Christina and she was wounderful!!!!! Very kind , patient , helpful , knowledgeable and professional. The financial department staff was very good and patient.

Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
Ray.was very efficient and helpful in guiding us through the details of purchasing the car. He and my husband worked through the pricing and we were pleased with the final sale. He also was exceedingly helpful during the final hour of purchase in teaching me the ins and outs of the car. We truly appreciate all his hard work.
