Martin lara is the best thank you for you help Buying my 2022 Toyota Highlander
2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

I was attended by Jean Carlos for the purchase of my new car(used). I was beyond satisfied with all of the staff in this facility! You were all very helpful with insight and details of the car even when it came down to pricing. This is definitely one of the best purchase I made. I highly recommend it. I went from New Jersey and was happy I did so! Go visit !
2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

I was in Long Island for business i have never been there before I took my 2013 ford edge in for minor service 17,000 mile they told me there is a ford coupon on the internet that would save me money Eric went online and printed it and saved me about $20.00 I was treated with respect and like I have been a customer forever, I live 2 hours away and they know I most likely wont be a regular customer but they made me feel like a family member. I recommend them for any ford service

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

VAN BUREN GMC review
Exceptional SUV Buying Experience at Van Buren GMC I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 GMC Yukon Denali from Van Buren GMC, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service provided by the entire team. From start to finish, the process was seamless, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Michael LaRosa, my sales consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I had all the information necessary to make a confident decision. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant impact on my experience. He also did an amazing job, walking me through the new SUV at pick up. Help me set everything up and showed me all the bells and whistles Ken Willms, the General Manager, leads a team that clearly prioritizes excellence. His dedication to creating a positive and stress-free environment for customers was evident throughout my visit. It’s clear that his leadership fosters a culture of integrity and service. He was the first one to greet me and asked all the correct questions and then introduce me to Michael. Ken also was there for mew on his day off and reached out to make sure all was taken care of. Ken did a great job in communicating as he gave me timely updates, so that I never felt out of the loop or in the dark In the finance department, Bryan Hutchinson was instrumental in helping me navigate my financing options. He provided clear explanations, ensuring I understood every aspect of my purchase. His expertise and friendly approach made the financial process smooth and transparent. Overall, Van Buren GMC delivers a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations. If you're in the market for an SUV or any GMC vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this dealership. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional buying experience.

Kevin was amazing to work with. He understood we were just looking. He was upfront about costs, financing, everything. I've owned 7 cars previously and I can tell you this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And the team at the shop did an outstanding job customizing our new car. From grill change and running board install to decal changes. Everything just came out great.

Well let’s just start off by saying I was very nervous, shopping for a vehicle because I haven’t needed one in over 15 years because of public transport. Walking into the dealership, I was greeted immediately by John, who was warm and welcoming. I explained to him my fears and he was understanding and worked thru them with me. The entire process was flawless and he was able to help solve every hurdle that arose. I will definitely be recommending him and the team to my friends. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Sun GMC Inc.Reviews
Sun GMC Inc. review
Lets start with the fact that I'm almost 60 and have purchased/leased approx 25 cars in my life from dealers including Jaguar, Mercedes, Volvo, etc. I am currently leasing a Lexus from Rallye motors who is an excellent dealership as well. However, without a doubt the experience I had as SUN BUICK GMC absolutely transcends them all. I was looking for a GMC Terrain as a second car and had the good fortune of having Victor as my sales associate. All sales people know their cars, but his relaxed, no pressure attitude made myself and my family feel very comfortable. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with, we were treated with respect and sincerity. (If you're looking for the polar opposite of this, go visit Advantage Hyundai). We were quoted a price that was more than fair, and when some problems arose with the transaction through no fault of SUN, they (Including Joe in credit who also was great to deal with) adapted and handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Lastly, my wife and daughter needed to pick up the car, and were surprisingly given really nice gifts for being a customer. They seemed to be more excited about this, than the actual car. I have given SUN 5 stars because 6 was not an option. If anyone doubts the sincerity or honesty of this review, feel free to contact me directly and I would be happy to call you to discuss.

East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport review
This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Volvo Cars of Queens review
I had gone to 2 other Volvo dealers (Karp and Glen Cove) and had a horrible financing experiencing customer service experience. They did not make me feel like a loyal Volvo client whatsoever. The Glen Cove experience was just a joke- rookie salesperson who actually asked inappropriate questions and should be trained better before talking to customers. Queens Volvo rectified ALL of their mistakes combined and why they got my sale.

Boston Road Best Motors, IncReviews
Boston Road Best Motors, Inc review
My parents were helping me search for a reliable car for my cross-country trip and while driving along Boston Road their eyes caught a Subaru Legacy Outback on the lot of Boston Road Best Motors so they made a U-turn and went in to take a closer look. They liked what they saw, and had their questions answered by Jerry, who, by-the-way is t h e b e s t sales professional in the automobile sales industry. With no pressure by Jerry to make a purchase, they made an offer and a couple of days later they purchased the vehicle. Now two months and a road trip of over 3,500 miles later, my car performs like a champion. This was the best deal my parents ever got, and the coolest gift I?ve received. Thanks Mom & Dad, and Thanks Jerry for your honesty, sincerity, and professionalism!
2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

2022 GMC Canyon review
GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. And wouldn't let me submit this review without selecting one of thier 3 inadequate choices. So, I selected having fun cause I believe everything should be but, this is my WORK TRUCK!

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Minchin GMC review
Very professional. I turned in our old vehicle off lease (which had not been leased thru Minchin) and leased another Yukon XL, this time through Minchin. It was a very pleasant experience, and the salesperson could not have made it any easier. I chose to go thru Minchin (19 miles away) versus my local GMC dealership (3 miles away) for exactly this reason. A+++

Sawmill Auto Sales review

2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
