I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I have a 2015 Audi A4. I annually take it to Audi in Westmont to keep it in top shape. It?s an older car but it?s still running great.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

The staff is very experience and professional. The estimate for repairs were in line with the services. I compliment the facilities with free coffee, water and soft drinks.

I bought my 4x4, 5.3L ext cab at 2 years old. The records show that it had some serious factory defects (transfer case, oil pump) before I got it. Its been a great truck for me as its never been in the shop for repair. The only work I've had to do to it has been oil & filter changes, new battery and new tires. I've put 100,000 miles on it and it has 141,000 on it now. I has a few nuisance failures like high beams won't come on (the lights have been bench tested to work) and the window/mirror switches on the driver's door are failing. mechanically though, its bullet-proof.

2017 gmc sierra 1500 bought this truck from them and I’m very happy with the condition

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets
