Had a great discussion with one of their sales persons. We talked price. We talked milage. He was very informative and respectful of my questions. Answered them all. We ended our conversation with a big maybe cause IMO for the money and milage their are lots of EVs our their that give you a much better bang for your buck. And do it with better style. I don't like the bocy front ends on most cars built today. Luke em more sleek looking not boxy looking.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Quick, easy service. Loaner vehicle as promised. Sean was helpful and courteous. The video sent showed there was no problem when I thought there was one. Main issue was fixed and my car was done the next day.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Really a one stop shop, purchased my vehicle from them 3 years ago and always go back to Gary in service. They always get me in. I worked with the Service Manager, Teresa, and service agent, Jennifer who were both very personable and went above and beyond to attend to my service needs and provide me with a lot of information that helped me make the best decision but working within my budget and even found discounts so that I could get everything that I needed to have done that day. I came in for a notice that My engine oil level was low. My oil had been changed at a non bmw service center the last time, who must not have been aware of the presence of the oil filter cap insert, a unique feature of bmws that is commonly discarded w oil filter changes . But this insert is essential to prevent oil pressure faults and potential engine failure. I was provided excellent service and I will only come to bmw Norwood from now on.

Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! I love the car. It takes at least 4 months to understand all of the features and working options of those features. The usage of each option can change due to your preferences. I have the Limited With all of the options as a package. This car is xxxx!

A straight forward economy car to save money but it is very comfortable and fun to drive because it's so light. The gas savings at almost 50mpg are amazing.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

This was my first time buying/financing a car with a proper dealership. I called ahead to see if they still had a car available I saw online. They confirmed they did. I showed up was greeted by the manager (dont remember his name sorry) told them which car I was inquiring about and in less then 2 minutes they had it out front open for me to look at along with my father (he was a mechanic). The car was incredibly clean they did a good job on cleaning it. The manager was not one of those salesmen who push you to buy a car even if your not fully satisfied he also let me and my family take the car for a test drive without him sitting in the car so I could truly get a feel for the car in peace. The salesman I ended up working with was Joshua Zion he was very pleasant to work with he had a good attitude the entire time even when I forgot to add some of my information they needed. He kept me informed of what I needed to do/bring he was incredibly helpful he did everything including dealing with my insurance agent which I dislike doing. They transferred my old plates to the car I purchased and dealt with the registry and did all the finance paper work all I had to do was sign. I am truly happy with my experience with Mastria. I have already referred someone who will be in the market within the next few months for a new car.

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.
