This place definitely eceded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk being super welcoming and Chris, was super helpful despite him being super busy the day I came in. He was super knowledgeable and straight forward with answering my questions. I came in the following day on Chris's day of just to show the car to someone and to my surprise Erick came out to introduce him self and see if I needed anything. He then informed me the paperwork was pretty much done and that i could pick up the car sooner than I anticipated. The 2 of them made the process super enjoyable and seamless. Lets not forget the 30k+ square foot indoor showroom definitely does not disappoint. If you're in the market for a luxury automotive this is definitely the place to go. Have owned many premium cars. This 640 is our first BMW. This vehicle is attractive, fun to drive, and well equipped. The buying experience was exceptional. Definitely would buy again.

Driving it for almost two years, about 65 mpg in the summer, 45mpg in the winter, reliable, comfortable. Does everything you need it to and no more.

I have always been impressed by the exceptional service from Hendrix. Having used their services for over three years, I recently drove into Charlotte with an issue. They understood the urgency and provided a quick turnaround. Everything was excellent, and I was back on the road within the promised repair timeframe.

I loved my BMW 430i, I've got so many compliments from random people. After 6-months of purchasing this vehicle my fuel flap would not open and left me stranded at night 50-miles away from home. I was not excepting this happen and I surely did not want my new car getting towed. This was very disappointing but I love my car.

Purchased a 2015 with 23,000 miles for under $9000. The car is brand new. The battery warranty is 8 years and 100,000 miles. Super cheap to run. But nobody talks about what a hoot it is to drive. It's probably not politically correct but this little car is a blast to drive. The stiffer suspension and quick steering make it feel like a gocart, only this gocart has 327 ftlbs of torque. Everyone that's taken a ride wants one. The only let down are the tires.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Very nice and stable car to drive Interface nice and easy to use. Much more quality feel than my Tesla model S 2016. Only bad thing was depreciation so luckily I did not buy it brand new it had 4K miles on it so only dropped a lot.

As always, my car was taken care of in a timely manner and everything that needed to be done was explained to me.

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

Excellent choice in an commuter car with lots of luxury features. Mine is the top of the line trim with leather, Harmon Kardon sound system and all of the safety features including dynamic cruise control with start stop, steering etc. Ive been averaging 48-52 mpg on regular gas. Also, being a hatch, I can haul a lot. I added a trailer hitch to be able to pull my Waverunner. For the money, nothing else comes close!

Owned my 2024 Golf R Manual Transmission since October 2023. Traded in a 2018 Mustang GT Manual with all the bells and whistles except a security package. The only thing I miss is the Coyote wail, otherwise the Golf is more fun to drive, with short gearing for quick jumps off the line with its AWD traction and good push in your back in top gear at highway speeds, and a simple drop into 4th for truly impressive hole shots that surprise the unsuspecting motorists stereotyping your car as a typical econobox. The only drawback with the short gearing is hitting the 6500 rpm rev limiter sooner than you expect. It has luxury car pretensions with all its features for the money, ride and NVH, including an adaptive suspension with truly noticeable variance in its range of settings; and it is more refined with better build quality than the Mustang with a more usable backseat and cargo area to boot. The torque vectoring rear differential provides noticeable performance when hitting the gas coming out of turns. The HK audio is a little tinny for my ears compared to an Acura ELS system two cars ago (2010 TL). So far, I have witnessed software glitches with the cornering lighting system and the steering wheel button controls failing intermittently, hoping the dealer will be able to duplicate and address the problems before the warranty runs out (compared to no warranty or other failure issues with the Ford over 6 years). Many people call a $47K Golf ridiculously priced; but I'd say they really don't understand and are judging it by its 2-box design aesthetics. You are getting engine, steering, and sport differential similar (if not the exact same) as what's used in 2.0T Porsche Macans and Audi SQ5s for thousands less, with an MT option; more refined than GR Corrolla, more features than Subaru WRX, and torque vectoring AWD superior to more expensive Acura Integra Type S and similar price to Civic R, which are both fwd only. No regrets yet with some cautious optimism the minor glitches don't turn into the full blown stereotypical VW electrical issues for which they can be known.

Got my car serviced at Hendrick for a routine oil change. They also do a vehicle inspection. Car is in great shape.. Check in was fast and easy. My Service Manager, Gillian, was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable. If she didn?t know the answer, she asked someone right away. Even brought in a tech for a minute to answer a question. Very efficient! She didn?t try to sell me services I didn?t need (yet). Advised me on things to keep an eye on or services I might need with next appt or major service. No pressure. Very refreshing! Great customer service. Facility is clean and waiting area has a ton of seating and drinks. There is also an office room with a long desk (partitioned into 5 workspaces) so you can sit at a quiet, individual workspace. It was wonderful! I got so much work done, I didn?t notice the wait time. I love the video they sent of technician going over the car, showing issues or simply stating what?s in good condition. (It might not be new or exciting, my previous BMW dealership in MI didn?t do that!) I appreciated the transparency. Technician was Marcos. Huge thanks!! Overall, great experience. Would recommend and definitely come back.

Love the car. It’s great on gas. Not a comfy as my 540, 528 or X5 but is prefect for my long commutes. It’s the 5th BWM and could not be more pleased

The body design is sexy, sporty and masculine. This automobile is the most beautiful car on the road, categorically or otherwise. The road performance is exemplary and comfort unsurpassed. Pricey but desirable.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come
