2023 Toyota Prius review
I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carlos was amazing from the moment we walked in. He greeted us right away, made us feel comfortable, and guided us through the entire leasing process step by step. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Carlos went above and beyond to work out an amazing deal for us, and he explained everything clearly so there were no surprises. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than we could have hoped for. We couldn’t be happier with our lease or the service we received. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, trustworthy, and genuinely has your best interest in mind, ask for Carlos — you won’t be disappointed!

2024 Polestar 2 review
We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly review
We recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly, and the team made it a great experience from start to finish. We arrived late in the day, and Ben Shabib welcomed us right away. He patiently showed us as many options as we wanted to see, with no rush and no pressure. He took the time to help us find the right car for us and made the entire process comfortable and easy. Once we found the one, Bruno Calderon, Finance Manager, walked us through all the available financing and protection options. Again, there was no rush and no pressure—just clear explanations and plenty of time to make our decisions. Overall, we had a great experience with the entire team at Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly. We truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and no-pressure approach. Definitely recommended!

I bought a new RAV4 through Jerry Potts at Laurel, MD new Toyota lot. Great experience! Gave me straightforward honest info with zero pressure. Best buying experience I ever had, and a great price. I would do it again in a heart beat.
2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Brought my Honda Passport in for front strut replacement, wheel alignment and mounting new tires. Alex in Service Department was exceptional during vehicle in-take. Very professional and efficient.
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Ourisman Mazda of Rockville review
I recently visited Ourisman Mazda of Rockville, I was blown away by the customer service, great stuff they wanted to be sure that I got all what I'm looking for in a vehicle. Andre (excellent salesman) explained everything about the CX-5 I purchased exceeded my expectations in all terms of quality and safety...
2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. 2015 Honda CR-Z review
I LOVE ❤️ my 2015 Honda CRZ. I drove over 150 miles round trip going to work for years and put over 100,000 miles on it in less than 2 years. Only thing I've had to do is oil changes and tires. I bought it in 2016 and it is still my main driver though I have an Eclipse Jetta & Cruiser. I absolutely 💯 ♥️ it and would recommend it to anyone looking for small gas saving car. It can take corners 65+ mph like driving a go cart. I wish that I could buy a new one in a few years, I think it's one of the best investments I've ever made!!!!! Looking forward to many more 😀 😊 miles and years with mine. I have it personalized with eyelashes puppy 🐶 paws sticker of my Maltipoo Co pilot 😄 always buckeled in her carseat of course decorated every holiday etc. Gives it personality I call her BlueBell. ❤️ 😆

2019 Toyota Prius Prime review
I used to own a Chevy Camaro before. Though it felt feeling great driving it everyday and feeling the power in my hands and feet, the maintenance costs and upkeep definitely came at a premium, not to mention the gas guzzling. This car meets a more important need for me, that is, to go to far off places and help me explore. A very robust and extremely light on gas, I have been able to travel about 700 miles on just a tank full of gas, which is just very amazing. Besides that, Toyota's amazing software and safety features makes this car well worth the price. It's a great long distance commute vehicle.

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Appreciate the "no hassle, no haggle" pricing and the "no pressure," service of Darrin and Scott. Manny, who handled financing was also terrific. Look forward to visiting the excellent service department in the future, especially my favorite Ismael. All in all, a great experience.
