Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

His manager closed the deal and showed the same level of care. We will definitely return with our family on future car purchases.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

My check engine light came on and they had the part in stock so I was able to have the issue rectified immediately. Also had an oil change & tire rotation done while I was there. The technician kept my car nice and clean, and Courtney was great explaining everything to me. Great service!

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I'm a repeat customer of the Subaru product line and just purchased actually (ordered) a 2023 Impreza 5 door wagon. It has many great standards and it has a long list of options that come standard. It has great quality and craftsmanship too. Life is good.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.
