Came in for a promo oil change. I live in waukesha county , so this was quite a drive. I called first to see what it was about. I had a service advisor named Alex Hafemann. He was very polite and got me scheduled for monday morning. Upon arrival, they checked me in Alex checked back with me throughout the course. I had them rotated my tires. I walked the showroom floor while I waited. I was very pleased for my entire visit. Everything was clean.Everyone was very nice and polite. It was a wonderful experience. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

3/3/2025 I bought a another car from Honda in waukesha David has helped me out again and disappoint me. David was so kind and understanding and didnt pressure me in to anything. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!

Love my car. Great car in the city and flys through roundabouts, easy to find parking. Beautiful body. 4x100 wheels easy to find. Set of tires are cheap. Best economy car ever built, I have 65,000 miles and never needed service being manual transmission the breaks are still half life just had to lube them piston bolts.

It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Mamagement is a little self indulged, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. Even thought I had the check the day after my initial visit, it took a week for deluvery, they didn't appear to care if it was delivered or not. The salesman, Arnulfo, was top notch!

This Is the best car I have ever owned. If it had a 200 mile battery it would be outstanding and it has a back up gas engine when you run out of energy. Bring it back

I recently had routine maintenance perfomred on my vehicle Charleen G., my advisor, was friendly and a professional. She arranged for the work to be done by one of their top service technicians and my wait time was reduced from 3 hours to less than 1 hour.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.
