Even though the visit was for a recall issue, after a couple of hours they tell me they do not have the part. Tried to sell me windshield wipers (don't need). Another sales person was sent by the manager to talk to me about buying a new car. Pushy.

I just bought a very nice pre-owned car from Chippewa Valley Mazda. It was a pleasant transaction. The entire dealership feels "smaller town friendly." Jason Beach was great to work with. He's personable, calm and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the decision.

Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

Matt and Catalina were very professional and friendly. They did not stop until i was satisfied due to my bad experience in servicing with my Touareg. They made sure i was happy and drove away in a brand new Tiguan. Thanks to Matt Seyfert for giving me V.I.P. treatment, and many thanks to Catalina Dizon for being thoughtful friendly and very professional by getting Matt involved when she learned the situation.

AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Carlsbad Subaru in the past few months. These are also the first two Subarus we have ever owned. Love the cars. The dealership works with Costco to establish a fair price. Trade in values were fair. Great service from the sales team and the finance guy. Highly recommend. We actually plan to get our service there too, although there are three dealerships much closer to our house. Everyone was very patient and supportive through the process. No funny add on games. Low pressure, high integrity, honest responses, and knowledgeable staff equals the reason we are proud Subaru owners.

Corwin Toyota Colorado SpringsReviews
Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs review
If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

Crest Volvo Cars review
I've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and the main reason I bring my cars to Crest Volvo is due to the amazing and outstanding service I always receive from my service advisor Lyn Ford. Not only does Lyn listen and do everything he possibly can to make sure all your issues are fixed right the 1st time, but he goes out of his way to make sure the whole process is smooth and seamless. Lyn thank you for all of your outstanding service you've provided me and my family. As long as your with Crest, we will always have a Volvo, and have it serviced by you and your team.

Olivia, was very helpful in helping me to purchase my vehicle. The process didn't take long since I had arranged financing on my own. I would recommend AutoNation.

Caleb Garner was a great salesman. He didn’t pressure me or give me the run around. I would definitely buy another car from him. This was a great car buying experience!

Heritage Subaru CatonsvilleReviews
Heritage Subaru Catonsville review
I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.
