Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Got the new color SAND DUNE PEARL and absolutely love it. I get all sorts of compliments on it. I had someone tell me that this car screams “ LOOK AT ME “ 2400 miles so far and a 46mpg average city / highway Love,love,love my car !

I am a driver and I drive for a living I go through cars a lot. Jessie at Toyota in West Covina on Azusa and Manny who does all the paperwork finance me and put me in a car so that I can be a driver and continue my job. It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. I explained to Mina on our test drive I was crunched for time and he got me off the lot in my new car in approximately 45 mins! I thought I was only going to have time for a test drive but these guys made everything happen that was needed for me to get into my new ride. I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

I started searching for a certified 2019, BMW X3, last October 2020. Through CARS.com I found several places within 100 miles from my home. I then started the elimination process based on equipment packages, price, miles driven, etc. Once I found the car that came closed to what I wanted I contacted that dealership, in this case, McKenna BMW. Immediately I received an email from a salesman named Stanley and we talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, and how I wanted to handle a purchase if everything I wanted was met by the dealer. Stanley was humble, professional, honest and more importantly he listened to my requests and concerns. With the information I provided him with he searched his inventory and found me a 2020, BMW X3, with only 5K miles (demo car) with the packages I was looking for. The price was also only $1400 more than an older model with more miles. He provided me with all the necessary info and websites available to start a purchase process with the understanding that not until I saw and test drove the car that I would make my final decision. We then set an appointment date and time to finally meet and see the car. I live approximately 89 to 101 miles from the dealership so I did not want to waste my time or the dealership’s, I wanted everything to be easy and ready for a final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by nice friendly people and then finally met Stanley and his manager. They never pressured me into buying the car, they explained the purchase process, warranty, etc. The BMW was what I had been looking for, I test drove it and because we had initiated the purchase process days prior (finance approval, down payment, and monthly payments) the rest of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank CARS.com for making my vehicle search a fun and easy one and I especially want to thank McKenna BMW for working with me to find me the car I’ve been dreaming about for the last 4 months.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

They were straight forward and honest with me. They gave me good advice on my trade-in that I am grateful for and the whole process went smooth.

We recently purchased an I3s and are totally amazed at the technology and joy it is to own this vehicle. It's like the feeling when you got your first car!! Everything is engineered to perfection. It's BMW through and through and my only regret is not getting one sooner.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

We use electric drive 100% of the time around town. It's nice to have no range anxiety on longer trips. Comfortable car for two average sized adults.

I found the vehicle I had been looking for online. A lower mileage Honda Ridgeline. The proprietor, Ehab had the foresight to offer Carfax for this vehicle. This afforded me the opportunity to view the history of the vehicle, which in review of said Carfax, found me interested. Calling, contact was made and the vehicle was discussed. I live in northern Nevada well over 500 miles from St Wannas car dealership I arraigned for my mechanically inclined nephew living in Riverside to venture to the dealership. There a test drive was afforded, questions were answered, and a deal was struck. Ehab expedited the paperwork which was valid with what was discussed and what was reported on Carfax. A test of faith was made wiring a substantial sum and soon I received the paperwork i.e. title etc. Shipping, another concern was coordinated by Ehab, and he paid an agreed amount/portion for this. Also, on his dime, he put new tires on it as well as a new battery. My nephew, who was my eyes looking at the vehicle stated Ehab was professional and true to his word about the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle was slow to get here but that was not his fault we had our biggest snowstorm of the year which delayed arrival. It got here in fine shape. While we were closing the deal I told him we missed the citrus fruit from the area, in that we lived down there years ago and knew what good citrus was all about. In the back of the vehicle were some oranges and comquats! In conclusion, I think his business at least in my experience, offers a service to the community for fair priced vehicles and amiable salesmanship. My nephew and his wife who gave the purchased vehicle his inspection said, yes, he would even consider St Wannas in the future, if he was looking for a quality used car. Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.
