Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

2019 Chevrolet Spark review
I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2024 Toyota Corolla review
Mine is an American made LE. It was bought at a time when very few stripped-down models were available. Using Toyota's parts website, I paid about 1/3 the price for options like the bumper protector, door edge guards, door trim, mud guards and all weather mats. True, it's got cheap materials and Toyota skipped even putting an engine cover to quiet it up (although, in Southern California, the engine cover can retain heat that's not as beneficial as it would be in a place further north). Regularly reaches 37 MPG combined short trips and 20-mile commutes. Longer freeway drives easily goes over 42 MPG. One of the most surprising things about this car is the OEM tires. They are solid, they maintain their air pressure over many months, unlike my friends' who also have bought new Toyotas and half much less consistent tires. The car is regularly parked outside with sun exposure and the exterior seems to hold up okay after 2 years. I did do a break-in oil change at 500 miles and I do oil changes at 5,000 miles. I need this car to last me a long time and the Toyota recommended service intervals will not lead to longevity. There are many Toyota experts who encourage even shorter intervals between oil changes based on Southern California severe driving standards. Too much traffic is considered severe driving. Something else, if this car were bought 55 miles South, in Mexico, the grade of oil would be very different. In America, 0W-8 is the official oil viscosity. In Tijuana, Baja California, 0W-20 is recommended and 5W-30 is even acceptable further south... On Toyota's own documentation! For the summer oil, I have 0W-16 put in it. The car is near the ocean and never has been exposed to anything near freezing temperatures. My friend helps me maintain the car and he gets a lot of information from a Toyota Master diagnostic technician on YouTube, "A Car Care Nut." As a final note, the optical systems that are used for safety for Toyotas have a service memo stating that their safety systems are only guaranteed if windshield replacements are done with Toyota glass and the devices calibrated with Toyota software. In car insurance, you have to show this information to your insurance company for them to approve the OEM glass and Toyota body shop work. The windshield and calibration easily runs over $2,000. I have seen those windshield companies claim that they calibrate the safety system only for it not to work in a future accident. Be your own best advocate and insist on Toyota glass and calibration. By the way, we also looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi. The transmissions on the Nissan and the Mitsubishi are garbage, the Honda has so many systems to save fuel that negatively affect the engine, Toyota's reliability is often because they choose not to do risky fuel saving software settings.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. Please go see him you will not regret this choice. Thanks Daniel!
2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I downsized from a 2014 Subaru Forester I had for 10 years, purchasing a 2-year old Mirage SE with a whopping 4000 miles on it. It’s a beautiful tiny car, as loaded as can be, and averages 40 mpg. It works great in the city and on the highway and is a little cocoon of amenities. The visibility out the front window was a bit challenging to get used to due to the black box. And despite only being 5’4” I sit really high to the windscreen. Otherwise the interior fits me great — being aware this is not a car built for bigger people or those needing to haul more than 2 people and some groceries (although I do plan to take it camping), I love the styling and overall zippiness. It was priced very well for the model. This will be a long-term vehicle for me and I’m very pleased a month in.

2023 Kia Rio review
Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️

Mercedes-Benz of Fort MitchellReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell review
I couldn’t be happier with my new Mercedes-Benz! The vehicle is everything I hoped for and more, with the perfect combination of luxury, performance, comfort, and technology. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service I received from Alex Woods and Noah Smith at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell. Alex provided excellent assistance with the vehicle features and technology, making sure I was comfortable with everything my new Mercedes has to offer. Noah was equally impressive throughout the sales process—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Both went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to customer service made all the difference. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and Alex and Noah made it exactly that. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell to anyone looking for not only an exceptional vehicle but also an exceptional buying experience. Alex Woods and Noah Smith are outstanding representatives of the Mercedes-Benz brand, and their service deserves to be recognized. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

Everyone was truly nice and worked hard to make sure I got my car thanks GTX
2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback review
My wife and I replaced her Focus ST with Sportsback GTS CVT. I hate having an auto, but the paddle shift do the job for entertainment in curves. The 2.4L excellerates better than the eclipse GS both 3 and 4th gen. The platform is excellent provides good handling and the turn radius is awsome. Performence is great though the engine sound needs some work. We easliy get 30 on high trips and my wife normally gets 25 around town and I get 23 with my heavy foot although I have gotten 26 in town. We have recieved many complements on the looks of the car plus you never see any hatch lancers. We had looked at the Mazda 3, but we found it smaller and pricer for 2.5l and the grin just doesn't look good to me. The room in the back is great for our growing family. The only down side is the paint. Mitsubishi like Mazda have paint have issues, but the trade off of 5 year bumper to bumper 10yr/100000 on the drivetrain makes up for that and Mazda doesn't have it when it comes to warrenty. The reliabilty so far for almost 12000 is good still drives like the first day. Would recommend this as an alternative to the Mazda 3 or any hatchback that strives at putting a grin on your face because this one does it. This coming from a guy whose daily is an EVO 8.
