2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

2025 INFINITI QX80 review
I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2020 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport review
Bought my 2017 Santa Fe Sport in 2018 with about 60K on it, it was a rental, and it now has 260K and have had no major issues. I have maintained it very well with a full synthetic oil change, Mobil 1 oil only, about every 6000 - 7000 miles. I will never go 10,000 miles without an oil change regardless of the 20,000 mile guarantee that Mobil 1 offers. Nothing but normal maintenance, tires, battery, serpentine belt etc. I realize that all of them are that reliable but I have had very good fortune with this one. And do not be afraid to buy a rental, they usually maintain them very well.

2021 Lincoln Aviator review
I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have 24,000 miles on our 2025 Hybrid Santa Fe. We have had no problems with this vehicle. It is comfortable, roomy, and very fuel efficient. We get between 35 and 40 mpg depending on driving conditions. Great visibility, handling, and good ergonomics. All around great car for the money.

2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

1999 Pontiac Firebird review
Own and driven the 1992 EU build black color T-Top v6 from late 90's to 2003. If I could I still will drive it but I moved after 03 from Germany to Thailand and the car was standing all the time till 2010 without moving it. They are rare in Europe to get especially the last models from 1998 to 2002. With luck I get maybe once for a normal second hand price and not a collectors price one again, no matter v6 or v8 just the last model made till 2002. I saw prices today for v6 99' convertible by 12.800 EUR and a lot more for v8 engine WS6 starting at 16.000 EUR.
